Designer
Styled in rubber | Made with love | Worn with pride
Encouraged by my parents and family in becoming a fetish model. Gifted with creative genes and raised in an environment where fashion, (classical) music, architecture and arts were commonplace - it's probably not suprising that I sooner or later started designing things.

Fetish model means fetish wear which can get very expensive very soon - unless you design it yourself. As a creative mind I was intrigued how patterns and measurements could evolve to something stylish and wearable.
That curiousity remains until this day. Rubber gives an unlimited freedom in designing - anything is possible.

From a humble start in making my first latex garment I've progressed in designing a broad array of rubber fashion.
To honour those who encouraged me to be who I am today I started my private label Cécile Maria.
Colourful, fashionable and made with love.
About me
What makes a RubberNurse?
The answer to that question would lie somewhere in the ‘90’s. Or rather a few years before this era. As a little boy I was already fascinated with boots, maybe because when dressing-up with my brother there were a few pairs of knee-high and overknee boots laying around. Whenever I had the chance I’d wore them – and it felt superb.
As time progressed and secondary school started, these sessions were obsolete – but boots remained highly attractive.
Reaching full-blown puberty in the ‘90’s meant Eurodance-music. Along with this music came numerous high heeled female singers dressed up in leather and latex. Add some hormones to it, and a live-long fascination was born.
In my twenties I bought my first latex clothes: cheap stuff (which ripped many of times) but absolutely thrilling to wear and only wore it secretly.
That phase is long gone, today I’m wearing quality rubber clothes – designed by myself and loving every inch of it. Maybe because I tend to wear rubber clothes in a fashionable manner out in the street - mixing it with regular clothes.
The fascination for boots remained, high heels or no heels. I wear them with great pleasure whenever I feel like it. First secretly hidden, nowadays visible in fashionable outfits.
People appreciate style, and compliments are given many of times.
The only disadvantage is an ever growing shoe-closet…
The “Nurse” in RubberNurse stands for my work in the Dutch national (academic) healthcare. Working and caring for very complex and vulnerable patients makes my work one of the best there is – designing and wearing latex clothing keeps the balance.
